Hi everybody and welcome. NIL-Tech has prepared a new Drawing Tutorial for you which is dedicated to World Animal Day! World Animal Day is celebrated in all corners of the world, from the United States to Sudan. The first World Animal Day was settled in 1925 by a man named Heinrich Zimmermann to promote the defense of all animals, domestic or wild. The purpose today is to "raise the status of animals to enhance welfare standards around the globe."

So here are 5 interesting facts about animals:

1. Only males are called peacocks. The females are called peahens.

2. There was a type of crocodile that could gallop.

3. A grizzly bear's bite is strong enough to crush a bowling bowl.

4. Ducks like to surf. They have been seen riding tides and swimming back to ride them again.

5. Animal behaviorists found out that cats don't meow to interact with each other. This is just a way to get humans' attention.

In this tutorial, we used the following supplies:

  • 2B pencil
  • 3B pencil
  • 5B pencil
