Hi everybody and welcome to a new tutorial on the NIL-tech, this time entitled ‘How to draw a Lilies”. Do you know what is Lilium?
Lilium (members of which are true lilies) is a genus of herbaceous flowering plants growing from bulbs, all with large prominent flowers. Lilies are a group of flowering plants which are important in culture and literature in much of the world. Most species are native to the temperate northern hemisphere, though their range extends into the northern subtropics. Many other plants have "lily" in their common name but are not related to true lilies.

Step 1
With a hard pencil draw a contour of a lily.
Step 2
The black handle darkens the leaves, stem and buds. With a hard pencil we shade the bud and grow a piece of paper.
Step 3
With a soft pencil, we darken the leaves and the stem in those places where the shadow should fall. After that, draw the petals.
Step 4
Darken the picture again, then blend. Next, use a hard pencil to shade the shadows again. Pay special attention to the bud center, it should be almost black. Now you know how to draw a lily with a pencil.
