As a brand-new obstacle for your, this time you will discover how to draw, we are taking on a hard one, Uncle Scrooge McDuck, infamous Disney character.
We will draw him with an upset face (as normal) and sitting on a huge sack of loan. Let's prepare yourself to do it.
Let's start by drawing a circle for the head and a pear shaped figre for the body. Cross the circle with a verticla and horizontal line to figure the midline of the face and the position of the eyes.
It's useful to do the same for the body too.
The best ways to draw Disney characters - sketching in
Now draw the huge sack underneath our character and subsequently draw the feet very loosely. Lastly draw 2 little circles for the position of the shoulders and cover, so to speak, the crossed arms into a poligonal figure to determine their percentages.
Do not forget to sketch in the tail.
Using a different pencil (red for me) go in and start defining better his body parts without too much information, just sketching the shape of the beak, the shape of the crossed arms covered in the shape you drew before and finally the fluffy beard and the long hat.
Do not forget the coat that Uncle Scrooge McDuck uses at all the time.
Scrooge McDuck's provided name is based upon that of the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge, the main character from Charles Dickens' 1843 novel A Christmas Carol. His Scottish heritage uses the stereotype of Scotsmen being miserly.
How to draw Disney characters - add polish
Now that the primary skeleton of the figure is put down use the black pencil or pen to trace with more precision the various parts. As you see I did not add too much detail here but you can certainly acknowledge the character.
Eyes are extremely important in this figure so be careful when you draw them. They sign up with at the middle point of the beak and occupy nearly all the face surface.
Also see how I have actually cut a piece of the hat to make it look like an old stovepipe hat.
The beak is formed by an upper and lower part, the latter following the shape of the previous.
Tidy it up from building lines and start improving your figure including more information and defining precisely exactly what covers exactly what.
Ways to draw Disney characters - Complete the illustration
The final aspects to add to finish the figure and the pose are certainly the small beak-lenses and the black extended students.
Before refining a lot more our drawing lets take care about briefly of the prop Scrooge is sitting on. Add a huge loan icon and surround the sack with piles of coins and decks of bucks!
He keeps a part of his wealth, money he has personally made himself, in a massive Money Bin overlooking the city of Duckburg. In the short Scrooge McDuck and Money, he remarks to his nephews that this money is "just petty money".
How to draw Disney characters - Final steps
These final steps are simply to fine-tune our illustration as we might well state that it is practically finished! Review your drawing line by line and eliminate or add according to need in order to finish the figure with smooth lines and shifts from one shape to the other.
Include wisps of plumes to the sides and top of Uncle Scrooge head and improve the feathered tail.
It's excellent to add a bit of contrast to the figure considering we are not going to color it in this tutorial. Utilize your pencil to shadow the top hat and the wrists of the coat sleeves. A few lines on the cash sack must also do to include contrast and depth.
Lastly include an emphasize area to each pupil and your drawing is total! Congratulations.
